Condiciones para implementar el teletrabajo de manera permanente en el sector empresarial de Bogotá en empresas Pymes, para las áreas administrativas y comerciales

Abstract

La situación del COVID 19 llevó a pensar en las empresas, en sus colaboradores que tuvieron que aislarse en casa, pero que tan preparados realmente estaban para esto y que tan difícil es poder permanecer en esta modalidad en época de postpandemia, esto hace parte de lo que buscaremos resolver a lo largo de esta investigación. La investigación la realizamos a través de encuestan realizadas a los empleados de áreas administrativas y comerciales permitiéndonos ver cuál es la percepción y que factores son los más importantes y en los que más se falla o los de mayor fortaleza al momento de implementar este tipo de modalidades de trabajo. Existen muchos factores que las empresas medianas y pequeñas de Bogotá deben tener en cuenta para decirse que se hace uso de la modalidad de teletrabajo, además de mostrar las limitaciones y los beneficios que trae no solo a las empresas en un tema crucial como los costos sino también a los colaboradores en mejorar su calidad de vida.
