Abstract

El presente documento dará a conocer el contexto teórico, metodológico y hallazgos para un emprendimiento gastronómico, el cual brindará a sus comensales experiencia únicas sin salir desde casa, este emprendimiento va relacionado con las tendencias actuales de consumo donde el bienestar, salud, servicios personalizados son lo primordial, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se procederá a explicar el servicio de chef a domicilio. El emprendimiento lleva por nombre “chef te consiente”, el cual permitirá brindar experiencias de calidad mediante la degustación y capacitación en un mismo evento, el servicio contará con diferentes categorías para el acceso de todo tipo de público, este documento se realiza con el fin de identificar la estructuración de la prefactibilidad de esta idea de negocio
