| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación analiza el tránsito de la ansiedad a la adaptación tecnológica en los futuros egresados de la Universidad Ean, explorando su percepción sobre la inteligencia artificial (IA) y su influencia en la proyección profesional. El estudio identifica que la dificultad para comprender cómo la IA se integra en perfiles profesionales específicos genera incertidumbre y un miedo latente al reemplazo laboral, consolidándose como una problemática latente en las aulas. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, se encuestó a estudiantes de todas las facultades de la Universidad Ean para identificar su nivel de conocimiento, uso y expectativas frente a estas tecnologías. Los resultados evidencian preocupaciones profundas asociadas a la falta de preparación técnica, las implicaciones éticas y la vulnerabilidad de sus roles en un mercado altamente automatizado, lo que resalta la necesidad de fortalecer la formación digital. Como solución a este vacío de orientación, se propone el desarrollo de un chatbot con IA que funcione como asistente de orientación profesional. Esta herramienta permitirá a los estudiantes comprender el impacto real de la IA en su carrera, mitigando la ansiedad profesional mediante estrategias personalizadas de adaptación. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research analyzes the transition from anxiety to technological adaptation among future graduates of Universidad Ean, exploring their perception of artificial intelligence (AI) and its influence on their career projection. The study identifies that the difficulty in understanding how AI integrates into specific professional profiles generates uncertainty and a latent fear of job replacement, consolidating as a latent problem in the classroom. Through a quantitative and descriptive approach, students from all faculties of Universidad Ean were surveyed to identify their level of knowledge, usage, and expectations regarding these technologies. The results reveal deep concerns associated with the lack of technical preparation, ethical implications, and the vulnerability of their roles in a highly automated market, which highlights the need to strengthen digital training. As a solution to this guidance gap, the development of an AI chatbot that functions as a career counseling assistant is proposed. This tool will allow students to understand the real impact of AI on their careers, mitigating professional anxiety through personalized adaptation strategies. | eng |
