| spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This article presents the design and initial validation of a web application aimed at monitoring healthy habits, focusing on sleep, physical activity, hydration, and mood. The research problem addresses the low continuity of use of many digital health tools when logging is rigid, weakly personalized, or perceived as intrusive. The study follows a mixed methods approach with a quantitative predominance and an applied descriptive scope. During the diagnostic phase, a digital survey was conducted with twenty residents of Bogotá to characterize current habits and explore perceptions of digital self-tracking. Data were processed through descriptive statistics, tables, percentages, and mean scores from Likert items. Based on these findings, a functional web application prototype was implemented, including modules for daily logging, historical visualization, trends, and reminder configuration. The results show favorable interest in habit tracking, strong preference for personalized reminders, and high relevance of user-friendly design. The study concludes that the proposed solution is relevant, technically feasible, and coherent with a subsequent pilot stage focused on usability, adherence, and sustained use. | eng |
