En el trabajo se presenta la aplicación del modelo RISE (ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial) en la empresa Software FJ en la ciudad de Neiva. Se desarrollo actividades con el gerente y sus principales lideres para conocer la organización. Las mediciones son herramientas fundamentales hoy en día para la gestión empresarial, en este sentido el modelo RISE de la universidad EAN le aporta de manera valiosa a la empresa software FJ establecer una hoja de ruta eficiente en temas de sostenibilidad e innovación, aspectos totalmente claves para el desempeño organizacional. Para el proceso de aplicación del modelo RISE para Software FJ se dio a conocer su estado actual y evaluando las dimensiones social, ambiental, gerencial y económica y así mismo se identifico las principales fortalezas y riesgos de la entidad y saber los principales desafíos que debe afrontar la empresa software FJ.

The work presents the application of the RISE model (route of innovation and business sustainability) in the company Software FJ in the city of Neiva. Activities were developed with the manager and its main leaders to know the organization. The measurements are fundamental tools nowadays for the business management, in this sense the RISE model of the EAN university contributes in a valuable way to the company software FJ to establish an efficient road map in topics of sustainability and innovation, totally key aspects for the organizational performance. For the process of implementation of the RISE model for Software FJ, its current status was made known and evaluating the social, environmental, managerial and economic dimensions and also identified the main strengths and risks of the entity and know the main challenges that the company software FJ.
