Esta investigación busca analizar los planes de beneficios que tienen empresas catalogadas como Great Place To Work en Colombia, con el fin de fortalecer el portafolio de servicios de la empresa BienestarCorp que se encarga de crear y consolidar planes de beneficios a empleados en diferentes empresas y fondos de empleados.
Abstract:
The objective of this research work is to analyze the wellness plans that are offered to their employees by at least 10 of the Colombian companies that are in the top 20 of Great Place To Work, in the range of between 300 and 1500 employees, with in order to propose strategies that allow the company BienestarCorp SAS to strengthen its portfolio of services. Now more than ever, organizations are facing the challenge of strengthening the sense of belonging, loyalty and empathy with their employees, that said, a relevant pillar in each organization is to have a structured plan of benefits and well-being that allows each employee to feel proud and recognized for building a relationship of mutual trust.
