Industria Panificadora El Country Ltda. es una empresa familiar creada hace más de 40 años como una panadería de barrio en Bogotá, que ha logrado posicionarse en el mercado y alcanzar un crecimiento significativo en la producción, empaque y comercialización de pan industrial. El objetivo general del presente trabajo es analizar el perfil cultural de Industria Panificadora El Country Ltda., para comprender si es de utilidad al realizar las negociaciones necesarias con su cadena de valor y fortalecer su competitividad en el mercado nacional.

Industria Panificadora El Country Ltda. is a family business created more than 40 years ago as a neighborhood bakery in Bogotá, which has managed to position itself in the market and achieve significant growth in the production, packaging and marketing of industrial bread. The general objective of this work is to analyze the cultural profile of Industria Panificadora El Country Ltda., to understand if it is useful when carrying out the necessary negotiations with its value chain and strengthen its competitiveness in the national market.
