There is currently a worldwide energy transition boom due to the environmental, social and economic impact that derives from the exploitation of crude oil, this directly influences the Core of the business since some of its main interest groups are going to focus on other supplies that meet their needs and this is how the implementation of methodologies to identify a baseline of the current state, serves as a fundamental strategic ally by recognizing the factors that present the greatest weakness according to a national or international standard theoretical reference to enter into actions that make viable the sustainability of the company, thus seeking to be the best ally for the transportation of hydrocarbons. This article contains the application and results of the RISE methodology to the company Alviliz Transportes, in which nine factors were validated in four dimensions: social, environmental, managerial and economic, each with their respective descriptors, in order to identify the aspects to improve and trace a path of innovation and sustainability. After applying the methodology, it was found that the two factors with the lowest percentage are new markets with 33% and sustainable production with 78%, for this reason an innovation and sustainability route is proposed to ascend the level in these two factors taking into account the company's ability to implement the proposed actions.eng
