Abstract
Con el incremento en la construcción de viviendas fortalecido por los programas de vivienda del Gobierno Nacional, el sector creció en los últimos años a gran escala, viviendas ubicadas en conjuntos residenciales, sujetas al régimen horizontal, por lo tanto, a la administración de recursos para el sostenimiento y mejora de la propiedad. Dentro de los objetivos esta fortalecer y promover el posicionamiento de la marca en el país, pese a la dificultad para obtener bases de datos actualizadas, insumo clave para presentar las propuestas del servicio de software administrativo-contable para la seguridad y administración adecuada de la información.
Abstract
With the increase in housing construction strengthened by the housing programs of the National Government, the sector has grown in recent years on a large scale, housing located in residential complexes, subject to the horizontal regime, therefore, to the administration of resources for property maintenance and improvement. Among the objectives is to strengthen and promote the positioning of the brand in the country, despite the difficulty in obtaining updated databases, a key input to present the proposals of the administrative-accounting software service for the security and adequate administration of information.
