El Presente trabajo presenta las bases teóricas en las que se desarrollará la investigación para lograr una ruta crítica a la hora de lograr apalancamiento financiero fuera del sistema financiero para una idea de negocio o emprendimiento en etapa de crecimiento. El objetivo de este capítulo es mostrar a nuestro grupo objetivo la importancia de conocer las diferentes fuentes de financiación y la forma de acceder efectivamente a ellas, así como mostrar un poco del marco legal y los antecedentes que se tienen en el país al respecto.
