El presente documento tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa que brinda los servicios de consultoría en el área de IT, enfocada especialmente en las tecnologías de Virtualización. La empresa tiene como nombre VirtualizIT y se concentra netamente en prestar servicios de mejora, implementación y consultoría en el área de virtualización de servidores, escritorios y aplicaciones, esto con el fin de minimizar los costos de infraestructura, personal, mantenimiento, soporte y actualización de software. Hoy en día es más accesible esta tecnología y muchas PYMES desconocen los beneficios que este tipo de implementación les pueden traer al desarrollo de su negocio y a la permanencia de los mismos
Abstract:
This paper aims to design a business plan to create a company that provides consulting services in the area of IT, focusing especially on virtualization technologies. The company's name VirtualizIT and focuses purely on providing improved services, implementation and consulting in the area of virtualization of servers, desktops and applications, this in order to minimize the costs of infrastructure, personnel, maintenance, support and upgrade software. Today this technology is more accessible and many SMEs are unaware of the benefits that this type of implementation they can bring to the development of its business and the permanence of the same
