AuditHumanTech surge de la extensa experiencia de sus fundadores, Jairo Daniel González Reyes y Gloria Esperanza Tobón Pardo, quienes han trabajado en el sector financiero y en auditoría por 26 y 19 años respectivamente. Durante este tiempo, identificaron la necesidad de capacitación continua en auditoría, gestión de riesgos, control interno y cumplimiento normativo, especialmente con la integración de nuevas tecnologías como inteligencia artificial y RPA Robotic Process Automation, por sus siglas en inglés o Automatización Robótica de Procesos, en adelante “RPA”. La iniciativa busca satisfacer la demanda de formación accesible y práctica para profesionales y empresas en estos campos. El objetivo principal es validar la viabilidad de establecer una empresa que ofrezca servicios personalizados y customizados de entrenamiento, mentoring y consultorías en auditoría y control interno, mediante herramientas facilitadoras basadas en las nuevas tecnologías como inteligencia artificial, RPA, realidad virtual y metaverso; así como la disponibilidad de un ecosistema digital y comunidad para acercar necesidades y soluciones de productos y servicios relacionados. Como complemento a la tabla de contenido y con el fin de facilitar la lectura y comprensión del documento para el lector, así como proporcionar una guía general sobre cómo se presenta la información, a continuación, se presenta la estructura del documento compuesto por las siguientes secciones: 1. Introducción: Presentación de la empresa y sus objetivos. 2. Naturaleza del Proyecto: Descripción del origen de la idea de negocio, problemática identificada y segmentos de clientes. 3. Descripción del Modelo de Negocio: Detalle del perfil del cliente y propuesta de valor. 4. Análisis del Sector: Evaluación del entorno competitivo y oportunidades del mercado. 5. Estudio Piloto de Mercado: Análisis de mercado y competencia. 6. Aspectos Técnicos: Descripción de procesos y servicios ofrecidos. 7. Aspectos Organizacionales y Legales: Estructura organizacional y normativas aplicables. 8. Aspectos Financieros: Proyecciones financieras y análisis de viabilidad. 9. Enfoque hacia la Sostenibilidad: Estrategias para sostenibilidad económica, social y ambiental. 10. Conclusiones: Síntesis de hallazgos y viabilidad del proyecto. El análisis técnico y financiero demostró que AuditHumanTech es viable y atractiva para los inversionistas, con una recuperación de inversión proyectada en 4.38 años y una rentabilidad del 25,25%, esperando alcanzar ventas significativas y una utilidad neta positiva para 2028, a través de una propuesta de valor diferenciadora que atienda las necesidades de los profesionales y empresas que prestan servicios de auditoría interna y control interno; así mismo, la empresa está comprometida con la implementación de prácticas sostenibles y responsables, lo que no solo mejorará su reputación sino también contribuirá positivamente a la comunidad y al medio ambiente.

AuditHumanTech arises from the extensive experience of its founders, Jairo Daniel González Reyes and Gloria Esperanza Tobón Pardo, who have worked in the financial sector and in auditing for 26 and 19 years respectively. During this time, they identified the need for continuous training in auditing, risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance, especially with the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and RPA. The initiative seeks to meet the demand for accessible and practical training for professionals and companies in these fields. The main objective is to validate the feasibility of establishing a company that offers personalized and customized training, mentoring and consulting services in auditing and internal control, through enabling tools based on new technologies such as artificial intelligence, RPA, virtual reality and metaverse; as well as the availability of a digital ecosystem and community to bring needs and solutions for related products and services closer together. As a complement to the table of contents and in order to facilitate the reading and understanding of the document for the reader, as well as to provide a general guide on how the information is presented, the following is the structure of the document composed of the following sections: 1. Introduction: Presentation of the company and its objectives. 2. Nature of the Project: Description of the origin of the business idea, problems identified and customer segments. 3. Description of the Business Model: Detail of the customer profile and value proposition. 4. Sector Analysis: Evaluation of the competitive environment and market opportunities. 5. Pilot Market Study: Market and competition analysis. 6. Technical Aspects: Description of processes and services offered. 7. Organizational and Legal Aspects: Organizational structure and applicable regulations. 8. Financial Aspects: Financial projections and feasibility analysis. 9. Approach to Sustainability: Strategies for economic, social and environmental sustainability. 10. Conclusions: Synthesis of findings and feasibility of the project. The technical and financial analysis showed that AuditHumanTech is viable and attractive to investors, with a projected investment recovery in 4.38 years and a profitability of 25.25%, expecting to achieve significant sales and a positive net profit by 2028, through a differentiating value proposition that meets the needs of professionals and companies that provide internal audit and internal control services; likewise, the company is committed to the implementation of sustainable and responsible practices, which will not only improve its reputation but also contribute positively to the community and the environment.
