Estrategia de colaboración entre usuarios, gestores, transformadores y Postobón S.A.

Abstract

En el 2018 en Colombia salió en vigencia la Resolución 1407, que tiene como objetivo la gestión ambiental de envases y empaques de papel, cartón, plástico, vidrio y metal. El protagonista principal dentro de esta gestión son los productores, responsables de poner en el mercado diferentes productos contenidos en estos tipos de empaques, y serán ellos los principales responsables de buscar su aprovechamiento. Para Postobón S.A, la sostenibilidad del país como foco principal de gestión, los ha sumergido en el proceso de búsqueda de soluciones que les permitan una mayor circularidad de sus envases. Nosotros hemos hecho parte de esta iniciativa buscando soluciones a retos a los cuales la compañía se ha enfrentado desde la vigencia de la normativa. Por ello, luego de realizar algunas visitas de campo y entrevistas, planteamos una Estrategia de Colaboración entre gestores, transformadores y POSTOBON S.A. que les permita a estos tres actores el cumplimiento de su rol dentro de la necesidad de aprovechamiento de material plástico y que Postobón S.A, logre la circularidad de sus envases con la calidad, cantidad y frecuencia necesarios.

In 2018, Resolution 1407 came into force in Colombia, which aims to environmentally manage containers and packaging made of paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and metal. The main protagonist within this management are the producers, responsible for putting on the market different products contained in these types of packaging, and they will be the main responsible for seeking their use. For Postobon S.A, the sustainability of the country as the main focus of management, has immersed them in the process of searching for solutions that allow them a greater circularity of their packaging. We have been part of this initiative seeking solutions to challenges that the company has faced since the regulations came into force. Therefore, after conducting some field visits and interviews, we proposed a Collaboration Strategy between managers, transformers and Postobon S.A. that allows these three actors to fulfill their role within the need to use plastic material and that Postobon S.A, achieve the circularity of its containers with the necessary quality, quantity and frequency.
