Abstract

Eco Home es un proyecto que se desarrolló para generar una oferta de valor orientada a satisfacer las necesidades de mobiliario de personas cuyas estadías fueran limitadas en el tiempo, que no desearan hacer inversiones significativas en tiempo y dinero, y como opción para consumidores conscientes de no encontrar en el mercado, una oferta de mobiliario sostenible y, con base en el proceso upcycling de la economía circular, diferente de los procesos productivos tradicionales de la economía lineal. Este proyecto surge del estudio de las mega tendencias del mercado llamadas Rediseño del urbanismo y Super consumidor, y el interés de crear un emprendimiento para impactar la sociedad, considerando los factores ambiental y social, cuya relación puede generar beneficios al equipo del proyecto y, a la comunidad en general. El propósito del proyecto es satisfacer los requerimientos de las personas, con un servicio de alquiler de mobiliario (muebles y decoración), ajustado a sus necesidades. Al concluir el presente trabajo, se proyectó la creación de la empresa Eco Home, para alquilar mobiliario remanufacturado a partir de desechos de muebles, evitando afectación ambiental, disminuyendo costos para los clientes y, respondiendo a sus necesidades. Además, se consideró el factor social, al proponer trabajar con personal de sectores menos favorecidos, en un intento por disminuir su desempleo.

Eco Home is a project that was developed to generate a value offer aimed at satisfying the furniture needs of people whose stays were limited in time, who did not want to make significant investments in time and money, and as an option for consumers aware of not find in the market, a sustainable furniture offer and, based on the upcycling process of the circular economy, different from the traditional production processes of the linear economy. This project arises from the study of the mega trends of the market called Redesign of urbanism and Super consumer, and the interest in creating an enterprise to impact society, considering environmental and social factors, whose relationship can generate benefits to the project team and, to the community in general. The purpose of the project is to satisfy the requirements of the people, with a furniture rental service (furniture and decoration), adjusted to their needs. At the end of this work, the creation of the Eco Home company was planned, to rent re-invoiced furniture from furniture waste, avoiding environmental damage, reducing costs for customers and responding to their needs. In addition, the social factor was considered, by proposing to work with personnel from less favored sectors, in an attempt to reduce their unemployment.
