Impacto del cambio en los hábitos alimenticios sobre la salud de la población entre los 18 y 30 años por el confinamiento obligatorio en Colombia

Abstract

En este capítulo se abarcará cómo el confinamiento obligatorio generado por la actual pandemia COVID-19, ha impactado en la salud de la población colombiana entre los 18 y 30 años debido al cambio en sus hábitos alimenticios. En primer lugar, se introducirá al lector para que logre reconocer el contexto y la razón por la cual se determina la pregunta problema y el objetivo de la investigación; posteriormente, se presentará el marco de referencia para brindar soporte o sustento al estudio, además de dar a conocer los resultados encontrados en el análisis mixto de las encuestas efectuadas; lo anterior se presenta con el fin de concluir que la población estudiada es propensa a grandes cambios alimenticios que repercuten en problemas de salud de no tenerse un balance alimenticio óptimo, principalmente por problemas económicos y trastornos psicológicos que propician el desbalance nutricional.

This chapter will cover how the mandatory confinement generated by the current COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the health of the Colombian population between the ages of 18 and 30 due to changes in their eating habits. In the first place, the reader will be introduced to recognize the context and the reason why the problem question and the objective of the investigation are determined; later, the reference framework to provide support or sustenance to the study will be presented, besides giving to know the results found in the mixed analysis of the surveys carried out; the above-mentioned is exposed with the purpose of concluding that the studied population is prone to great nutritional changes that have repercussions in health problems if there is not an optimal nutritional balance, mainly due to economic problems and psychological disorders that propitiate the nutritional imbalance.
