Abstract

Se pretende crear los lineamientos necesarios para la estructuración de un modelo de empresa que se dedique al diseño y fabricación de FOOD TRUCKS, es decir, la línea de negocio principal será la construcción de contenedores móviles para la comercialización de alimentos. Estos a su vez funcionarán a partir del uso de energías alternativas, específicamente se trabajará en la reutilización del agua por medio de un ciclo dinámico y la energía solar a través de páneles fotovoltaicos, esto con el fin de obtener una integralidad en el cierre del ciclo de la autosostenibilidad.

It is intended to create the necessary guidelines for the structuring of a business model that is dedicated to the design and manufacture of FOOD TRUCKS, that is, the main business line will be the construction of mobile containers for the commercialization of food. These in turn will work from the use of alternative energies, specifically it will work on the reuse of water through a dynamic cycle and solar energy through photovoltaic panels, this in order to obtain an integrality in the closing of the cycle of self-sustainability.
