Plan estratégico ESE Hospital El Salvador de Ubaté

Abstract

Este trabajo se enfoca en el diseño de un plan estratégico adaptado a la ESE Hospital El Salvador de Ubaté, con el objetivo de mejorar su desempeño y eficiencia operativa. Mediante un análisis exhaustivo del entorno interno y externo, se identifican las áreas de oportunidad y los desafíos que enfrenta la institución.

La metodología empleada incluye técnicas de análisis FODA y Balanced Scorecard para traducir la estrategia en acciones concretas. Se espera que este plan brinde una visión clara y objetivos alcanzables para fortalecer la gestión del hospital, mejorando así la calidad de los servicios de salud ofrecidos a la comunidad de Ubaté.

Este enfoque estratégico busca impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del hospital, asegurando su relevancia y contribución al bienestar de la población local.

This work focuses on the design of a strategic plan adapted to the ESE Hospital El Salvador de Ubaté, with the objective of improving its performance and operational efficiency. Through an exhaustive analysis of the internal and external environment, the areas of opportunity and challenges faced by the institution are identified.

The methodology used includes SWOT and Balanced Scorecard analysis techniques to translate the strategy into concrete actions. It is expected that this plan will provide a clear vision and achievable objectives to strengthen hospital management, thus improving the quality of health services offered to the community of Ubaté.
