Ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial – Secretaria Distrital de Salud de Bogotá

Abstract

El presente documento muestra la ruta de innovación y sostenibilidad empresarial propuesta para la Secretaría Distrital de Salud utilizando el modelo RISE. Con el fin de aplicar el modelo, se llevaron a cabo reuniones con los funcionarios de la Entidad, con los que se pudo recolectar información y de esta manera realizar una caracterización de la empresa, un análisis financiero y un diagnóstico para identificar fortalezas y riesgos de los diferentes factores que se evaluaron, interviniendo aquellos que obtuvieron una baja calificación ya que representan un mayor riesgo para la Entidad, por lo cual, el plan de trabajo que contiene las iniciativas, estrategias y acciones que se proponen, se enfocan en priorizar algunos factores y descriptores con el objetivo de conducir a la entidad a ser más eficiente, orientándola hacia una de innovación y sostenibilidad.

This document shows the route of innovation and business sustainability proposed for the Bogota's District Department of Health using the RISE model. In order to apply the model, meetings were held with the entity's officials, with whom it was possible to collect information and thus carry out a characterization of the company, a financial analysis and a diagnosis to identify strengths and risks of the different factors that were evaluated, intervening those that obtained a low rating since they represent a greater risk for the Entity, therefore, the work plan that contains the initiatives, strategies and actions that are proposed, focus on prioritizing some factors and descriptors with the objective of leading the entity to be more efficient, orienting it towards one of innovation and sustainability.
