Estudio de factibilidad para la comercialización de cafés especiales del municipio de Ibagué a través de un aplicativo digital

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tuvo como finalidad, realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la comercialización de cafés especiales, a través del uso de un aplicativo digital. El problema se enfocó en los caficultores del municipio de Ibagué en el departamento del Tolima. La metodología utilizada, se basó en los análisis de datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, dado su carácter mixto. Por lo tanto, a través de la investigación se le dio respuesta a las hipótesis y los supuestos planteados, en el cual se pudo concluir que se hace necesario implementar herramientas que permitan una mayor visibilidad del caficultor en el mercado.

The purpose of the following research was to carry out a feasibility study for the commercialization of specialty coffees, with a digital application. The problem focused on coffee farmers in the municipality of Ibagué in the department of Tolima. The methodology used was based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis, given its mixed nature. Therefore, through the investigation, the hypotheses and assumptions raised were answered, in which it was concluded that it is necessary to implement tools that allow greater visibility of the coffee farmer in the market.
