Diseño de modelo de viviendas sostenibles tipo (VIS) para el municipio de Castilla la Nueva, Meta

Abstract

Este proyecto abarca el desarrollo investigativo, técnico y planimétrico de un modelo de vivienda sostenible tipo VIS, para el municipio de castilla la nueva y partir de un análisis de social, económico y ambiental se estructura una modelo de vivienda el cual busca solucionar los problemas adyacentes a la población objetivo. Es así como a través de la arquitectura y las tecnologías renovable se establecen una serie de estrategias sostenibles las cuales tiene como finalidad mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes del sector.

This project covers the investigative, technical and planimetric development of a VIS-type sustainable housing model for the municipality of Castilla la Nueva and based on a social, economic and environmental análisis, is estructurate a housing model that seeks to solve the surrounding problems of a target population. Thus, through architecture and renewable technologies, a series of sustainable strategies were achieved that aim to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector.
