Análisis de los procesos de desarrollo turístico en el municipio de Chía, Cundinamarca a partir de la Metodología para la definición del desarrollo turístico territorial

Abstract

En respuesta al creciente desarrollo turístico de los municipios de la Sabana Norte de Cundinamarca, y como foco de esta investigación, el municipio de Chía, se desarrollará el análisis de los procesos turístico a partir de la Metodología para la definición del desarrollo turístico territorial, donde se centra en la planificación y gestión sostenible del territorio para fortalecer la competitividad turística, involucrando a actores públicos y privados en la toma de decisiones. El Viceministerio de Turismo de Colombia ha implementado una metodología y herramienta tecnológica para que los municipios autoevalúen su desarrollo turístico, de esta forma potenciar la sostenibilidad y competitividad. A través de la identificación de limitaciones digitales, infraestructura, de promoción entre otras, se proponga un modelo de mejora que promueva un turismo inclusivo y sostenible, apoyándose en teorías de desarrollo turístico sostenible y modelos de transformación digital, garantizando un impacto socioeconómico positivo.

In response to the growing tourism development of the municipalities of the Northern Sabana of Cundinamarca, and as the focus of this research, the municipality of Chía, the analysis of tourism processes will be developed based on the Methodology for the definition of territorial tourism development. where it focuses on the sustainable planning and management of the territory to strengthen tourism competitiveness, involving public and private actors in decision-making. The Vice Ministry of Tourism of Colombia has implemented a methodology and technological tool for municipalities to self-evaluate their tourism development, thus enhancing sustainability and competitiveness. Through the identification of digital limitations, infrastructure, promotion, among others, an improvement model is proposed that promotes inclusive and sustainable tourism, based on theories of sustainable tourism development and digital transformation models, guaranteeing a positive socioeconomic impact
