Desde el inicio de la consultoría en Colombia alrededor del año 1960, se ha evidenciado la necesidad de contar con empresas en el área de consultoría de ingeniería civil capaces de entregar productos que cuenten con todos los requerimientos normativos vigentes, que se garantice el acompañamiento en la implementación de los diseños y que en los diseños se optimice tanto costos como tiempos recomendando materiales y procedimientos para generar construcciones sostenibles y garantizando la responsabilidad social empresarial. Ingeniera y consultoría W&M S.A.S garantizará que esto se cumple y adicionalmente contará con un portafolio amplio de contratistas y proveedores que cuenten con la experiencia y experticia en construcción sostenible, el cual será proporcionado a todos los clientes según su necesidad y se le prestará el acompañamiento en su implementación. Con el fin de garantizar la factibilidad de la empresa, se velara por cumplir los siguientes compromisos con los clientes: Mantenerlos informados y enterados de la programación y estado de los proyectos, actualizar al cliente al menos semanalmente, enviar al cliente un informe resumido mensual de las actividades que has realizado, realizar una encuesta para preguntarle cómo puede mejorar la interacción, mostrarle al cliente que vale lo que está pagando, reflejar confianza con el fin de buscar satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes de forma eficiente y eficaz, para lograr mejores resultados.

Since the beginning of consulting in Colombia around 1960, the need has been evident to have companies in the area of civil engineering consulting capable of delivering products that meet all current regulatory requirements, which guarantee support in the implementation of the designs and that both costs and times are optimized in the designs, recommending materials and procedures to generate sustainable constructions and guaranteeing corporate social responsibility. Engineering and consulting W&M S.A.S will guarantee that this is fulfilled and additionally will have a broad portfolio of contractors and suppliers that have the experience and expertise in sustainable construction which will be provided to all our clients according to their needs and will provide support in their implementation. In order to guarantee the feasibility of the company, we will ensure compliance with the following commitments with our clients: Keep them informed and aware of the programming and status of the projects, update the client at least weekly, send the client a monthly summary report of the activities that you have done, carry out a survey to ask how you can improve the interaction, show the client that it is worth what they are paying, reflect confidence in order to seek to satisfy the needs of clients efficiently and effectively, to achieve better results.
