Abstract

Ecoarq es una empresa de fabricación de láminas plásticas a base de productos del reciclaje plástico o desechos postindustriales tales como envases, retal de cable, materiales aislantes, bolsas, etc; El presente documento presenta el detalle del plan de creación de la empresa.El desarrollo del documento comienza por presentar la estructura de la idea y justificarla para así poder evaluarla como viable o no; se concluye que la idea de adicionar un sustituto de la madera natural en el sector de la construcción y la fabricación de mobiliarios tiene potencial ya que es un nicho pobremente explotado. Con objetivos que abarcan en los tres primeros años conseguir ventas anuales por 700 millones de pesos; iniciar la ampliación de la planta, expandir la gama de productos y tener el mejor servicio del sector, ECOARQ se posicionara entre los líderes del sector de fabricación de láminas.

Ecoarq is a plastic sheet manufacturing company which uses recycling and postindustrial plastic materials such as waste such as packaging, cutting of cable, insulating materials, bags, etc for its product. This document presents the details of the creation plan of the company.This document begins by presenting the structure and justification of the idea to assess it as viable or not. We concluded that the addition of a natural wood substitute product in the building and furniture manufacturing market has a good potential because is a poorly exploited market segment. ECOARQ´s objectives target annual sales of 700 million pesos in the first three years; other objectives are to expand the industrial factory, expand the range of products and have the best service in the sector ECOARQ will be positioned among the leaders in the plastic sheet manufacturing sector.
