Plan de negocio para la creación del Hotel Soliari sostenible en el municipio de Melgar

Abstract

El desarrollo de este plan de Negocios, se hace con el fin de realizar el estudio de factibilidad técnica y económica para la creación del Hotel Soliari Sostenible, ubicado en el corazón del municipio de Melgar- Tolima. La idea de este proyecto surge tras la necesidad evidente de tener un Hotel Sostenible en este municipio, que es uno de los destinos más visitados en Colombia, así que se pretende ofrecer una experiencia diferente, mostrar que la comodidad y el bienestar no debe ser sinónimo de desperdicio de recursos, y que es perfectamente posible disfrutar de unas vacaciones, un viaje sin que eso implique dejar, una estela de destrucción ambiental y desequilibrio social. Se propone un Hotel que se ajuste a la nueva normatividad de sostenibilidad y promover una mayor concienciación ecológica, sanitaria y saludable, con el objetivo de diversificar la oferta existente y dinamizar la actividad hotelera. Para este proyecto se parte de un marco de referencia, luego se realiza un estudio de mercado para determinar las características del cliente potencial, análisis del sector, tendencia del turismo, competencia, estudio de precios, plan de mercado, y proyección de ventas del Hotel Soliari Sostenible; así mismo se construye un estudio técnico en el cual se detalla ampliamente los aspectos técnicos de los servicios ofrecidos, y se elabora un estudio financiero que incluye las proyecciones, estados financieros, formulación de indicadores financieros y evaluación del riesgo el cual permite conocer la viabilidad financiera del proyecto de creación de Hotel Soliari Sostenible en el municipio de Melgar

The development of this business plan is done in order to carry out the technical and economic feasibility study for the creation of the Sustainable Soliari Hotel, located in the heart of the municipality of Melgar-Tolima. The idea of this project arises after the evident need to have an eco-sustainable Hotel in this municipality, which is one of the most visited destinations in Colombia, so it is intended to offer a different experience, to show that comfort and well-being should not be synonymous with wasting resources, and that it is perfectly possible to enjoy a vacation, a trip without leaving, a trail of environmental destruction and social imbalance. A Hotel is proposed that complies with the new sustainability regulations and promotes greater ecological, sanitary and healthy awareness, with the aim of diversifying the existing offer and boosting hotel activity. For this project, a reference framework is started, then a market study is carried out to determine the characteristics of the potential client, analysis of the sector, tourism trend, competition, price study, market plan, and Hotel sales projection.
